You can now instantly reach colleagues and patients who are already using pMD®️ Secure Messaging™️ without looking up their phone number. In addition to text and video chat, users are now able to call patients within the app without exposing their personal phone numbers, providing top-notch care without sacrificing privacy.
Voice Memos
pMD has also added Voice Memos to streamline secure communication on the mobile app. For messages too long or complex to type, voice memos can ensure the accuracy of critical information while also saving time! This new feature allows users to speed up the delivery of patient handoff, patient instructions, and everything in between.
