If you don't receive your one-time verification code via text message, don't worry — there are other ways to verify your account.
Steps to Get Your Code
- Tap "Didn't receive code?" on the verification screen
- Choose from the following options:
Resend code
- Select this option to receive a new verification code via text message
- Wait up to 60 seconds for the new code to arrive
- Check that your phone has cellular service and can receive text messages
Send code by email
- Choose this option to receive your verification code via email instead
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from pMD
- Enter the code from the email into the app
Use password
- If you've previously set up a password for your pMD account, select this option
- Enter your password to sign in without needing a verification code

If none of these options work, here are a few things to check:
- Make sure you entered the correct phone number or email address
- Verify that your phone can receive text messages from short codes or unknown numbers
- Check that your email filters aren't blocking messages from pMD
