Didn't Receive Your Verification Code?

If you don't receive your one-time verification code via text message, don't worry — there are other ways to verify your account.

Steps to Get Your Code

  1. Tap "Didn't receive code?" on the verification screen
  2. Choose from the following options:

Resend code

  • Select this option to receive a new verification code via text message
  • Wait up to 60 seconds for the new code to arrive
  • Check that your phone has cellular service and can receive text messages

Send code by email

  • Choose this option to receive your verification code via email instead
  • Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from pMD
  • Enter the code from the email into the app

Use password

  • If you've previously set up a password for your pMD account, select this option
  • Enter your password to sign in without needing a verification code

Still Having Trouble?

If none of these options work, here are a few things to check:

  • Make sure you entered the correct phone number or email address
  • Verify that your phone can receive text messages from short codes or unknown numbers
  • Check that your email filters aren't blocking messages from pMD
