Yes! You can access pMD from your computer through a web browser.
How to Sign In on Your Computer
- Go to pmd.com
- Click Patient Sign In
- Enter your credentials to sign in
Joining Your Appointment from a Computer
When your appointment time arrives, you have two options:
Option 1: Join directly from the pMD website
- You'll see a popup notification on your screen and hear a ringing noise when your provider calls
- Click the button to answer and join your video or voice appointment
Option 2: Join from the link sent to you
- At your appointment time, you'll receive both a text message and an email with a link to join your visit
- Click the link to join directly from your web browser
Should I Use the App or the Website?
We recommend downloading the mobile app if you want to message with your provider. Chat functionality is not currently available on the computer version, so you'll need the app to:
- Send and receive text messages with your provider
- Access your message history
- Get push notifications for new messages
For video and voice appointments only, both the website and the app work great!
