Correcting an Approved Visit

Once a visit is approved, the best way to make changes is by sending one of your billers a secure message from the app asking them to either make the correction or reject the visit back to you for editing.



How do I send a message to my biller?


  1. Find the patient for which the charge was entered on, by searching for them in pMD or locating them on your census.
  2. For iOS, tap on the "i" button to the right of the patient's name, taking you to the patient's detail screen. For Android, tap on the patient's name which will bring you to the patient's detail screen.
  3. To send a message about the patient, tap on the "Chat About Patient" button. Select a member of your billing team from the contact list to message about the charge you would like to edit or correct:
