Setting Up "Contact Practice"

To enable or update the ability for patients to securely contact your practice, please follow the steps below:
a. Go to the "Admin" tab

b. Click on “Patient Chat Routers"






c. Create a new patient request type by clicking on “Create New Chat Router”:


  • To enable the router, toggle the Status to “On”.
  • Fill out the type of request patients can select when contacting your practice.
  • Create a customized text that is automatically sent to the patient while they await a reply from your team.
  • Select the routing behavior for which your recipients will receive these messages (e.g. a group message or round-robin routing).
  • Select the recipients you would like to receive these messages from patients.
