How do I log in?


  • Web access: You can access pMD from a web browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Please use the following link to get started, and then log in with your Mednax credentials: https://www.pmd.com/sso/usoncologymckesson
  • Mobile app access:  Tap on the link to install pMD on iOS or install pMD on Android. You can also go to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for ‘pMD.’ Once the app is downloaded, start by entering your cell phone number, and then if prompted, enter the username provided in the initial welcome email you received from pMD. pMD will begin registering your device and downloading your data until you are good to go!
  • pMD did not receive all provider cell phone numbers before training. To add your cell phone to your account for easier mobile app setup and password recovery, log in from the pMD website and navigate to the profile tab to update your cell phone number.

My census isn't up-to-date


  • pMD has hospital interfaces with Texas Hospital, Baylor, and HCA facilities. You will need to be listed as the Attending, Consulting, Referring, or Admitting provider on the patient’s record in order for the patient to be sent to pMD.
  • You can add missing patients directly into pMD by following the steps to create a new patient:
  • Mobile: tap on the magnifying glass to search for a patient by last name, first name > tap on +Create New Patient > verify patient is not a duplicate > save or skip patient's admit date > select a location > complete all fields marked with an asterisk > tap Save to create the patient and add to your census.
  • Web: type patient's last name, first name in search box in patient tab > click +Create New Patient > complete all fields marked with an asterisk > make sure activate to census box is checked > click Add Patient button to save and add patient to your census.
