Turning Off Text Or Email Alerts

To turn off the unread pMD message reminders you can follow the instructions included below::

1. Go into the profile tab
2. Locate "User Preferences" at the bottom of the screen and click "edit"
3. Select "Never" for SMS and/or email reminder timing
