Updating a Patient's Cell or Email

To update a patient’s cell phone number or email, please follow the steps below:

  1. Search for the patient from the pMD website and navigate to their Patient Details screen.
  2. You’ll see the options to Update Cell Phone and Update Patient Email:



  1. Clicking on either of these options will allow you to update the field:




If you would like to close an account for a patient that was already invited:

  1. Select Update Cell Phone
  2. Delete the number from the field and click Save
  3. Confirm that you would like to close the patient’s account
