To update a patient’s cell phone number or email, please follow the steps below:
- Search for the patient from the pMD website and navigate to their Patient Details screen.
- You’ll see the options to Update Cell Phone and Update Patient Email:

- Clicking on either of these options will allow you to update the field:

If you would like to close an account for a patient that was already invited:
- Select Update Cell Phone
- Delete the number from the field and click Save
- Confirm that you would like to close the patient’s account
