PMD MESSAGING OVERVIEW

Contacts. Your contacts list includes users in your group as well as users associated with your group who have pMD Messaging. Add new users with on-the-fly messaging invites at no additional cost to you or the recipients.

How to invite new users or select a contact

Compose a Message. Type your message into the box. Tap on the three vertical dots to attach a photo to the message. To create a group message, tap on the user icon to add additional users.

Deleting Messages. Press and hold your finger on a message bubble to delete an individual message. Swipe a conversation to the left to delete all messages from that user.

Read Receipts. You can see whether or not your most recent message has been viewed by the recipient. Look for the "Read" stamp underneath your last message bubble.

How to know if a message was read

SMS Text Reminders. pMD will send an automated SMS text message reminder as a follow-up to anyone who has not read a message, typically after 30 minutes. The text will come from 82749.
