Web Browser Setup for Video Calls
Your internet browser needs access to your camera and microphone so that you can participate in telehealth visits. If these permissions are disabled, your provider won’t be able to see or hear you on a video call!

Check Your Settings on Chrome

Select the lock icon to the left of your address bar

A pop-up will appear with a list of options, and make sure Allow is selected under Camera and Microphone

Check Your Settings on Firefox

Select the lock icon to the left of your address bar and click on Connection

It will take you to Site Security; click More Information at the bottom

A dialog box will appear. Under Permissions, select Allow for both Camera and Microphone

Check Your Settings on Safari

Go to the Safari menu in the upper left corner of your screen and click Preferences

Under Websites, ensure both Camera and Microphone are set to Allow
